Nobody was home when a fire broke out in a unit at the Cypress Village Apartment Homes in Colorado Springs early Thanksgiving morning.
The apartments are located at 1610 North Murray Boulevard, near Murray and Palmer Park.
Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the fire.
Someone called in the fire just after 4 am Thursday. Crews were able to get the fire put out in about 20 minutes.
We're told the fire was limited to one room in the apartment, though people in neighboring apartments were evacuated while the building was ventilated.
A neighbor tells 11 News that the man who lives in the apartment was at work at the time, but fire officials are still working to confirm that.
