Updated: 06/18/2013 - We did a quick helicopter tour of the Black Forest burn area. Someone asked why the video looks shaky.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office non-emergent phone lines in and out of the Dispatch Center are now working.
They don't know what the issue was, but the problem has been fixed after a few hours.
911 was working the entire time.
