Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
The man accused of killing a Colorado Springs teenager in a hit and run accident says he's guilty.
David Henley Jr. pleaded guilty Tuesday to leaving the scene of an accident involving a death.
The accident happened back in may. 14-year-old Ricky Figueroa was crossing the street at Airport Road and Circle Drive when a pickup truck hit and killed him.
The driver of the truck took off.
Police say that driver was Henley. He is due back in court in December to set a sentencing date.
Henley’s tentative sentence is for 36 years in prison.
