Police say alcohol was the reason a driver crashed into the front of a home in Colorado Springs.

It happened Saturday afternoon on Lancaster Dr. near Jetwing and Fountain. Police say Robert Brown was walking down the street covered in blood.

They later found out he had crashed his car into a home. He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

We're told the home is still livable. No one was home at the time of the crash. The driver, Robert Brown, will be ticketed for DUI.
