Colorado Recall Elections Won’t Be All-Mail

Most voters will have to cast ballots in person in next month's legislative recall elections.

Democratic senators John Morse of Colorado Springs and Angela Giron of Pueblo both face recall elections.

A judge's ruling this week gives third party candidates more time to qualify for ballots. The ruling means that the election won't be all-mail as had been planned. Instead, the two counties holding recalls will have to open voting centers.
