A former teacher at a springs Christian school was sentenced today to 90 days in jail and 10 to life on probation.
She was sentenced for having sex with a student.
Terah Rawlings was a teacher at Hilltop Baptist School when police say she had sex with a 15-year-old student several times.
Several teachers and church members say they told the principal, who then went to the superintendent.
But, police say the superintendent is Rawlings uncle and he never notified them. He did hold an assembly denouncing the allegations as false - and even said his niece had completed a lie detector test. A grand jury says that never happened either.
She was sentenced this afternoon in court.
