Updated: 05/20/2013 - Two weekends left to catch one great show!
Police have released new information about a vehicle involved in a possible luring incident at a Colorado Springs school.
On Friday, a 9-year-old boy was walking across the Classical Academy parking lot around 1 p.m. when a man sitting in a truck called out to the boy, asking him to help find a lost puppy. The boy went straight to his mother, who was waiting for him in the parking lot, and called police.
Campus security searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.
Sunday, police released a more detailed description about the truck the suspect was seen in. The truck is believed to be a small, older model extended cab pick-up, dark burgundy with a white stripe running across the length of the driver's side. The stripe is approximately 2 inches wide.
Classical Academy is located at 975 Stout Road, off Voyager and south of Northgate.
