Dozens of cats, rescued from a home in Southern Colorado, will soon be up for adoption.

11 News has learned that 160 cats were rescued from a home in Colorado Springs. At least nine different groups from El Paso County and Denver are sheltering the rescued cats.

The owner of the cats was being evicted, so her friends called rescue groups to find homes for the cats. The owner is not facing charges, because she willingly gave up the cats.

We have more information about the cats, and how they can be adopted under our “find it” page.
