No one was injured after a car drove into a 7-Eleven Friday, but the front of the building was left with a noticeable mark.
The accident occurred on the 1800 block of South Nevada, near the Broadmoor Towne Center in Colorado Springs.
According to police, drugs and alcohol are not suspected; the driver accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake. Police say he will be ticketed for careless driving.
The car got towed away around 12:30 p.m.
