A second disturbance will bring another round of snow showers to the Front Range this afternoon and early evening. While not as heavy as yesterday, some additional light accumulations over the higher terrain will be possible, including Teller and Northern El Paso Counties. Highs in the 30s and 40s will feel colder when factoring a blustery northwest wind. Click on the 'Weather' tab for more...
Two canals overflowed their banks near Highway 50 and near Fowler east of Pueblo Wednesday afternoon.
The water was starting to go down Wednesday evening, but earlier in the day there was more than two feet of water rushing over the highway.
The supervisor of the canal company says they've had to shut off water because of the damage to the Highland Canal.
That means more than 30,000 acres of farmland won't be able to get water until the canal is fixed.
