We're learning much more today about why Colorado's medical marijuana regulatory agency is in financial trouble.

A state audit shows the agency spent too much money on office furniture and staff cars, leaving little for tracking the growing and selling of medical marijuana.

The report shows the agency spent up to $1,000 each on office chairs.

We're working to learn what changes are being made as this agency will likely regulate recreational use of marijuana as well.
