Updated: 05/20/2013 - Two weekends left to catch one great show!
A Springs pizza place was robbed Tuesday night.
It happened at the Papa Murphy's on Dublin near North Academy.
Police tell us the robber was wearing a black shaggy wig. He threatened the clerk with a gun and got away with some cash.
About eight miles south of that Papa Murphy's, a Family Dollar store was robbed at gunpoint Tuesday night.
It's on Edison Avenue near Platte and Murray. That robber got some money and stole an employee's SUV to make his getaway.
The SUV was a black 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Colorado plate 845XCU.
Police say they don't suspect the two crimes are connected.
If you know anything about the robberies please call police.
If you don't want to give your name, you can call Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
