Carrier Trial: Accusers Will Likely Testify Again

We know the children who took the stand in the Carrier trial will likely be asked to testify again. A lawyer for the parents, Attorney Rick Levinson, says the children are willing to take the stand again, and that their parents don’t want other kids to get hurt.

The children will have to recount what allegedly happened in a room inside Horace Mann Middle School. The attorney says his clients don't feel justice was completely served by the verdict Tuesday. Joshua Carrier, the man at the center of the trial, was put behind bars at least temporarily, but he was found not guilty of many of the charges brought against him, including the assault charges.

"We would have hoped for some closure for our kids,” Levinson said. “Our children are still suffering."

@ CC -- Furthermore you shouldn't ask questions that you can't handle the answers to. You're the preverbial kid that threw the rock in the glass house...

@ CC & Festus -- You guys are a piece of work. Jesus forgives right? The Old Testament is fire and brimstone and eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. Then you have the New Testament that's all about forgivness and Jesus that loves and forgives. I get it. But why is it hard for you two to understand that Christians (well real christians anyways because some churches let homos quite litterally run their church these days) don't agree with homosexuality! It says in the Bible that it is a monster sin! What is hypocritical about that? Trolls...

What Bible are you reading, that may be the problem as mine has only Mortal and Venial sin. You can over come that Homophobia with years of therapy.

DanReeves, CC, and Festus: Can you three take your homosexual vs. christian debate to another forum. This story is about a pedophile, a now convicted pedophile, who will need to answer for his crimes. What is the point of getting side tracked, especially when all of you are obviously, dogmatically set in your ways.

This is a link to an online petition to keep Carrier locked up and strongly urges the Judge to consider the maximum sentence for Mr Carrier, life in prison with no parole. Http://
