A statewide grand jury has returned a three-count indictment charging former University of Colorado football recruiting aide Nathan Maxcey.
Denver's KCNC-TV first reported last night that Maxcey would be the only person indicted by the grand jury, which investigated C-U's football recruiting program.
The indictment returned late Tuesday morning charges the 28-year-old Maxcey with solicitation for prostitution, embezzlement of public property, and theft.
The grand jury voted not to charge Maxcey with one count of
"pimping" listed on the indictment.
Maxcey has said repeatedly that he called an escort service only to arrange liaisons for himself.
