Scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms will be more than capable of producing very heavy rain once again. (Denver-AP) -- Highway fatalities and drunken driving arrests in
Colorado were up this year over the Labor Day weekend.
The Colorado State Patrol says there were ten fatalities on
state highways over the holiday weekend, compared with five last
