The 15 year-old accused of killing his own grandmother while she was sleeping says he's not guilty.
Christopher Paul of Monument is accused of first-degree murder for the shooting death of 74 year-old Jacqueline Paul. She was killed April 26th.
Police say the teen killed his grandmother because he did not want her to escort him to school after he was caught skipping classes.
Paul told investigators an intruder killed her.
He will be tried as an adult on January 31st. He faces life in prison without parole if convicted.
