It will be a familiar face on the bench for Kobe Bryant's civil trial.
Judge Richard Matsch presided over the Oklahoma City bombing trial.
He's now taking on the civil lawsuit filed against the NBA basketball player.
Bryant's 20 year-old accuser filed the lawsuit earlier this week. She seeks at least 75 thousand dollars in damages for pain and suffering.
