Officer Testifies at England Hearing

The officer in charge of interrogations at the Abu Ghraib prison says she was shocked when she saw pictures of naked Iraqis---saying that conduct would have violated military rules.

Captain Carolyn Wood's testimony is meant to bolster prosecutors' contention that Private First Class Lynndie England acted on her own.

England is charged with abusing Iraqi detainees and possessing sexually explicit photos. But she and Denver-based defense attorney
Rick Hernandez say she was following orders.

Wood said she disciplined interrogators when she found out that one detainee had been questioned in his boxers.

England's Article 32 hearing continues at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The hearing will determine whether the case will proceed to
court-martial.
