Army Private First Class Lynndie England is charged with 13 counts of abusing detainees and six counts stemming from possession of sexually explicit photos.
The hearing will determine whether England should be court-martialed.
Investigator Warren Worth testified today that England never indicated she was an unwilling participant in the photo shoots. He says she even took some of the pictures.
The testimony of Worth and another investigator appears to dispute England's own claims that she was following the orders of superiors.
England's Denver based lead civilian attorney, Rick Hernandez, says he'll call witnesses to show England is being made a scapegoat. The hearing will continue Wednesday.
