Staff Sergeant Georg-Andreas Pogany is with the Tenth Special Forces Group. He began vomiting and suffering anxiety attacks after seeing the body of an Iraqi civilian in Iraq last fall.

He was ordered to face a court martial on a charge of cowardice
after he sought help. The Army dropped charges against Pogany last year but kept the case open.

Army officials yesterday confirmed the case is now closed
because Pogany may have a medical problem.

Pogany has said his problems stemmed from taking an anti-malaria
drug given by the military. Doctors suspect Pogany may be right.
