The panel heard from more than a half dozen CU football players
two weeks ago, and was scheduled to hear from more witnesses today.
But the CU grand jury was bumped from its meeting room this
morning in favor of a grand jury investigating another case.
Attorney General Ken Salazar has already decided against filing
charges in nine alleged assaults by CU football players or
recruits since 1997.
But the grand jury's existence suggests criminal charges could
be filed regarding other aspects of the program.
