The Army says it is delaying Tuesday's hearing for Private Lynndie England, one of the soldiers implicated in the Iraqi prisoner abuse scandal.
The news came Monday from Fort Bragg, where Lynndie is meeting with some of her Colorado-based attorneys.
The Article 32 hearing has been delayed until July 12. It will help determine whether England will face a court-martial. The 21-year-old soldier was photographed with naked Iraqi detainees at a notorious Iraqi prison. Her attorneys say she was just following orders.
