The Air Force Academy resumes flights with aircraft grounded more than two months ago, because of safety concerns.
The academy suspended flight operations on several models April second following a safety review on inspections and repairs.
Academy officials say they've taken steps to alleviate concerns or problems in the future. They include improved aircraft maintenance, more contractor employees, and a new multi-agency review group.
On January 13th, the academy grounded 45 other aircraft, again because of safety concerns. Most of those were back in the air January 20th.
