The city of Pueblo is planning to cut all outdoor water use.
Water Restrictions will elevate to Stage 3 beginning October 1st.
That means, no washing your car or watering your lawn.
Denver is taking similar steps.
They're also banning outdoor water use.
No sod can be planted.
And residents and businesses will pay a surcharge based on how much water they use.after October 1st.
Colorado Springs City Council will take up the sod issue, along with other water restriction items on Tuesday.
