Kobe Bryant's attorneys say DNA from two men could prove that his alleged victim lied about her sex life. On Thursday, Defense attorney Hal Haddon asked a judge to order the woman's ex-boyfriend and a former co-worker to submit DNA samples.
Haddon says former bellman Bob Pietrack has already agreed to testing. An attorney for former boyfriend Matt Herr says forcing his client to provide a DNA sample would violate his constitutional rights.
The defense claims injuries found on the woman's body could have been caused by other sexual partners around the time of her encounter with Bryant last June. Bryant has pleaded not guilty to felony sexual assault. After the hearing, he returned to Los Angeles for an NBA playoff game against Minnesota.
