MAYOR MAY LOU MAKEPEACE SAID, "THAT PRICE TAG IS ESTIMATED TO BE ABOUT 20 POINT THREE MILLION DOLLARS, AND WE ANTICIPATE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE 80-PERCENT OF THAT MONEY FROM FEDERAL TAXES OVER THE NEXT FIVE YEARS."
THE CITY WILL HAVE THE DESIGNS FINISHED FOR PUBLIC REVIEW NEXT MONTH.
