A man wanted for questioning turns himself in on Tuesday, according to the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office.

Two men are being labeled as persons of interest as Pueblo County Investigators solve the mysterious death of 45 year old Gary Lambert.

Lambert was found inside the trunk of his burning car last month, according to authorities.

His charred body is being investigated by the county coroner to determine how Lambert died.

25 Year old Coleman Thimmes and 22 year old Travis Seilhiemer were charged with stealing Lambert's identity. Authorities are trying to figure out how the men were able to get a hold of Lambert's credit cards and Id's.

Lambert's brother Gregory Lambert is still in shock over what happened to his baby brother.

"To think about it, hurts. So, when people come and visit, I try not to talk about it", says Lambert.

He and other family members speculate on what they think happened to Gary.

"I believe he ran into the wrong crowd and this is what happened", says Lambert.

The Lambert family says they want justice to be served, but they also say, throwing someone behind bars is not going to bring Gary back.

Authorities say Lambert's death will continue to be labeled as a suspicious death until autopsy results reveal how he died. Those results could take weeks.
