A prosecutor says there isn't enough evidence so far to file charges over allegations involving the Pueblo County Sheriff's congressional campaign.
District Attorney Gus Sandstrom has been investigating extortion allegations involving women who say Sheriff Dan Corsentino made
unwanted advances toward them.
Sandstrom investigated after accusations surfaced that a photographer threatened to publicize nude pictures of one woman if she went public with her allegations. Corsentino has denied the women's allegations.
Sandstrom says the probe into the extortion allegations isn't complete but that Corsentino doesn't appear to be a suspect. Corsentino is among seeking to replace retiring GOP Representative Scott McInnis.
