Our community cannot afford to let VIOLENT criminals back on the streets. Petschow was not an unarmed burglar, this was ATTEMPTED MURDER. If Petschow wasn't the trigger man, then who was? Do they want us to believe all the suspects were just accomplice? In 20 short years or less this VIOLENT criminal could be back in our community, organizing a string of violent “home invasions”. That’s what this was a home invasion, not unarmed burglary. Good thing we have the “make my day law” makes me want to go buy more ammunition to protect my family. Judge Cisneros and our public servants failed to serve our community on this one.
