The U.S. military says two American soldiers have died in Iraq. One in combat and one of noncombat-related injuries.
The military released a statement late Wednesday saying two Multi-National Corps-Iraq soldiers died on November 4th. The statement did not describe the circumstances of either death.
The names of the soldiers are being withheld until the military can notify family members. The statement said both deaths are under investigation.
The deaths raise to at least 4,359 the number of U.S. military personnel who have died in the Iraq war since it began in March 2003. That's according to an Associated Press count.

To my brothers in arms, may you walk in the presence of those who have fallen before you. Look down upon us and know that we are grateful for all that you gave. I am here thinking of you and thank you for what you gave to protect me and my family. To your family, I am sorry for your loss but words cannot heal your wounds. I know this because I have lost many brothers and sisters in arms. I can only hope that you are at peace with the thought that your child/sister/brother was a great person who did not ask for much but gave everything for us. God bless you and I pray for you.
