Stormwater Enterprise Fee Debate
Now, some city leaders say Measure 300 has nothing to with the Stormwater Enterprise fee because that enterprise doesn't make any direct payments to the city.

Wow -- what a bunch of crooks and liars! Toss ALL of them out on their behinds!! ALL of them. Shows you can never win with this city's bureaucracy and the people of this city can NEVER get a fair shake because the rules are always changed around or obscured in some way. The people have spoken -- DO THE RIGHT THING!!! Scam...scam...scam...scam. That's my opinion!!

OK, now that we are aware of this scam, let's think about a bigger one: A global tax on your "carbon footprint." People are waking up. Research the Copenhagen Treaty. You have a computer. use it.

Okay, so if they aren't part of the City, then how is it they just decided to do work and bill people without prior knowledge, permission, subscription, agreement or consent of the people now being billed and threatened if they don't pay?

Have our city leader no shame what so ever. If the vote would have went their way they would have shouted from the mountain tops owning up to a victory for the stormwater enterprise. But now that they have lost they are trying to deny the peoples decision to end this tax in fees clothing. Our mayor should be man enough to admit it is over, but he's not. I for one am not surprised.

I hope all city counsel and Mayor Rivera enjoy your remaining times in office. If you fight issue 300 after the voters passed it, your term in office will be shorter than you expected! I see you being voted out of your possitions in a landslide! Be it Democrat, Republican or Independent, start looking for a new job!
