A trial is underway in Douglas County for Denver Broncos linebacker John Mobley. He is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Last December, Parker police stopped Mobley for speeding after allegedly finding him driving 69 miles per hour in a 40 mile per hour zone.

Mobley was arrested after a roadside sobriety test.
Mobley was reportedly pulled over at least sixteen times for DUI in the year before his arrest, but, he's never before been cited. A judge yesterday refused to dismiss or delay the trial based on a defense motion concerning blood tests.
