A University of Colorado official says he doesn't recall the school being put "on notice'' over its football recruiting practices.
Chancellor Richard Byyny testified today before a panel investigating the school recruiting scandal. He says he and other school officials met with prosecutor Mary Keenan, but doesn't remember any sort of warning from her. The meeting was held a few months after a Niwot high school student said she was raped by a football recruit.
It is one of at least eight assault allegations against C.U. football athletes since 1997.
