A 5 and a half hour police stand-off ends with no arrests.
Police say officers went to the Shady Brook apartment complex Saturday morning after a 19 year-old man called and threatened the police department.
Lt. Rafael Cintron says the man was wanted on several warrants for his arrest.
"He had mentioned that he was tired of the police harassing him, that he had multiple warrants, that he was armed and his brother was in the apartment... armed and he basicaly said he would not be taken into custody peacefully."
Police evacuated the complex and the SWAT team entered the unit after several attempts to negotiate. Once inside, they didn't find anyone.
Police say they still don't know if the man, Leonard Walters, made the initial phone call.
