Water officials say this is the time of year when snowpack in the mountains should be going up. Instead, it's going down.
That's a concern because 99 percent of our water comes from snowpack.
Across the state, reservoir levels are about 54 percent full. Normally this time of year, they are 77 percent full.
Experts say if the conditions continue to get worse, we could see tighter water restrictions.
