A document filed Friday in federal court reveals the University of Colorado turned down offers for sex assault prevention training in the 1990's.
The claim came in an amendment to the civil complaint filed by one of 3 women who say they were raped by CU football players and recruits at a 2001 party.
University officials declined to comment saying they had not yet seen the contents of the filing.
