President Bush is finding a support group in Colorado in his re-election bid.
Governor Owens has announced he will chair the President's campaign in the state. He believes Mr. Bush is the best leader during difficult times.
Senators Wayne Allard and Ben Nighthorse Campbell will also serve as co-chairs of the campaign committee along with Lieutenant Governor Jane Norton.
Bush was the hands-down winner over Al Gore in Colorado during the last elections. But the governor says he doesn't expect such a landslide victory for the President this time around. He thinks it will be a close race against the Massachusetts Senator John Kerry.
