Five couples are taking on the challenge to lose weight over a month long period while KKTV and My 99.9 documents their struggles. The Five couples will have to completely change their lifestyles. What they eat and how they exercise is being regulated by trainers from Spectrum Wellness. The couples have four weeks to become the Biggest Losers, the winner, gets an all expense paid vacation to Vegas.
