EchoStar Communications says it has restored the Court TV channel to its Dish Network satellite television service after resolving a fee dispute with Turner Broadcasting System.

The nation's second largest satellite TV provider pulled the channel January 1st because of the dispute over subscription fees.

EchoStar and Atlanta-based TBS didn't disclose terms of the new financial agreement.

The channel has been moved to a second tier of Dish Network programming, which has fewer subscribers.

Dish has more than 13 million customers.
