After a mild Saturday, temperatures to finish the weekend will be MUCH colder! A system to our west pushes into SE Colorado overnight. Snow showers will be possible by early Sunday morning across the I-25 corridor with a change to rain and snow showers through the afternoon. Accumulation should be minimal as most moisture looks to be light and temperatures will warm into the upper 30s and 40s through the afternoon. Predictions of a major winter storm in western Colorado have been tempered a bit, with forecasters calling for up to ten inches of snow in some areas. Earlier forecasts had the area bracing for up to 16 inches of snow.
