Gov. Owens is ordering a review of privacy laws in after a former nurse was arrested in an East Coast hospital murder case.

Owens told The Associated Press today that he has asked agencies to determine what information can be shared with health-care professionals.

The review comes after Charles Cullen claimed to have killed up to 40 patients at ten hospitals in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The 43-year-old Cullen of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is charged with the murder of one patient and the attempted murder of another

New Jersey's governor wants a federal law requiring the sharing of information about doctors engaged in suspicious activity to be expanded to include nurses.
