The man who has given so much to the people of Southern Colorado needs your help again.
Dozens of people showed up tonight at Giuseppi's Depot Restaurant to help raise money for Bob Telmosse. For almost 20-years, Telmosse ran a Christmas Eve giveaway.
Now, he has a rare disease called Kapper Light Chain.
It's a very rare illness that will eventually require him to go through stem cell and bone marrow replacement surgeries. Despite the disease, the 62 year-old is keeping his spirits up.
"I have a lot of friends. My relatives are all behind me. I'm really a fortunate man. I have wonderful grandchildren and I can't really ask for more than that."
If you'd like to help in the annual Christmas Eve giveaway, you can call the Springs Rescue Mission for more information at (719)632-1822.
