A detective says Kobe Bryant's accuser told investigators that as the NBA star was attacking her, he repeatedly said to her, ''you're not going to tell anyone, right?''
At a preliminary hearing, Eagle County Sheriff's Detective Doug Winters testified the alleged victim said she even agreed at one point because 'she didn't want him to commit more physical harm to her.''
Also, Winters testified the woman told police that Bryant forced her to kiss his penis after the attack. The detective also said a nurse who examined the woman later at a hospital found injuries consistent with a sexual assault.
At today's hearing, the prosecution presented photographs showing injuries to the victim, including one of a bruise on her jaw.
Defense attorney Pamela Mackey suggested that Winters had no idea when the bruise occurred. Winters said a nurse told him it came during the attack.
The preliminary hearing in Eagle, Colorado, will determine whether Kobe Bryant will stand trial on sexual assault charges.
