A man is held at gunpoint while his Christmas presents are stolen right from under his tree.

It happened Wednesday night near downtown Pueblo.

Police are still looking for one more suspect.

The home, located on Spring Street, was invaded in the middle of the night.

Police say two men busted through the front door while two more men broke in through the back door.

Detective Scott Vahlbusch says, "They ended up stealing several Christmas presents that were wrapped under the Christmas tree, (they) tried to take some TVs."

But the victim didn't let the four criminals leave easily.

Police say, the victim tried fighting them off, while his wife hid in the closet to call 9-1-1.

David Lizarraga is the victim's neighbor and friend.

He says he heard yelling and screaming, so he sprang into action.

Lizarraga says, "I jumped the fence to see what was going on, stop the fight or whatever, chased the guy down the street and police were right there on him already."

Another neighbor claims he heard two gun shots.

Police confirm, there were in fact, two shots fired.

One of the suspects, according to police, fired once at an officer, the officer then fired back once.

Luckily no one was hit.

Police ended up arresting three men and confiscating their getaway car.

23 Year old Damian Solano, 26 year old Ruben Garcia and a 17 year old juvenile are all behind bars.

Police describe the missing suspect as a Hispanic male in his late 20's, 5 feet 7 inches tall, medium build, bald with a goatee.
