An Amber Alert was issued as Colorado authorities look for a missing Lafayette boy.
The 14 month-old boy disappeared this morning from his home in Lafayette, just east of Boulder.
Jayton Dentler is 14 months old and has a white complexion with brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a red and white striped shirt and a diaper.
Investigators say he was taken without permission this morning by his father Jacob Dentler.
He is a 23 year-old white male, 6'6" tall.
He was last seen wearing jeans and no shirt.
Authorities say he may be driving a green Ford F-150 extended cab pickup with a temporary tag.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Colorado Bureau of Investigation or their local police department.
