A Swiss man now faces charges of solicitation of murder for allegedly offering to kill the Colorado woman who accused Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant of rape.
Authorities say 31-year-old Patrick Graber was also charged with one count of solicitation to dissuade a witness. Prosecutors recommended bail be set at one million dollars-- the amount of bond on which he has been held since his arrest last week.
Graber appeared before Superior Court Judge Paula Adele Mabrey at the Airport Branch courthouse but his arraignment was continued to September 29th. He said only ``Yes'' when the prosecutor asked if he agreed to the delay. No plea was entered and he remained in custody.
