Hurricane Isabel is now blamed for at least three deaths.

A worker in North Carolina trying to restore power was electrocuted. And two motorists, in Virginia and Maryland, were killed.

Isabel is leaving a path of destruction, power outages and heavy rain in its wake. Forecasters warn the slow moving storm -- almost the size of Colorado -- could bring up to ten inches of rain and flooding to parts of the East Coast.

The storm has caused widespread damage elsewhere. In Virginia Beach, Virginia, huge waves destroyed the tip of the 400-foot-long 15th Street pier.

The huge storm has spread rain across North Carolina and Virginia and into Maryland, Delaware and parts of West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
