Prosecutors in Denver expect to file charges Wednesday against a man accused of running down a family of four as they crossed a downtown street.
Thirty-nine-year-old Rebecca Bingham, her four-year-old daughter, Macie, and her two-year-old son, Garrison, died. Funeral services are scheduled for them today.
The family's father, Frank Bingham, survived.
Thirty-six-year-old Lawrence Trujillo of Westminster is being held in the case. Police say he's confessed to being too drunk to drive that night and that he knew he'd hit pedestrians.
