Two men are being held without bond in connection with the death of man who managed a video game store.

Colorado Springs police say 39-year-old Erwin Hoffman Bermudez was beaten to death November Second during an apparent robbery at the Video Game Exchange (on East Platte Avenue).

Officers arrested 25-year-old Michael Joseph Bowen and 29-year-old Randy Eugene West early Wednesday -- but aren't saying what led them to the pair.

Bowen's record includes convictions for theft, harassment and fraud.

A criminal record shows West has convictions for drug distribution, assault, burglary, theft and domestic violence.

Bermudez was originally from Puerto Rico, and was planning a trip back this week to see his mother for her birthday.
