One Colorado soldier has been killed in a grenade attack in Iraq and another is wounded.
Staff Sergeant Mark Lawton of Hayden, Colorado died Friday in Iraq when his convoy was attacked. He is survived by a wife and two children.
Fruita resident Mike Wethington was wounded in the attack. His wife says he has injuries to his face and eyes but, Katie Wethington
the injuries aren't severe enough to send him home.
